METHODOLOGY

I begin with an initial meeting (in person or via video) to understand the client’s needs. I then assess available resources and constraints. Based on this, I develop a detailed action plan and implement a structured system for follow-up and communication. Once the plan is underway, I hold regular check-ins to review progress and make adjustments as needed. Finally, I evaluate the results, provide a performance report, and apply the necessary refinements to ensure continuous improvement of the service.

My responsibilities :

  • Define a consistent color palette for the entire project
  • Plan project timelines
  • Assemble and coordinate the team of artists needed for the project
  • Provide direction and regular support to all individuals involved in the project
  • Graphic design and visual design (logo, business card, brochure, poster, website, decoration, imagery, photo sessions, and promotion*)
  • Manage the project budget
  • Develop and implement the advertising aspect of the project (press, social media, and other public platforms).
